Jewellery and Clasps from a Single Source
Even in the 21st century, ideas for jewellery pieces and related technical solutions are still developed in our employees’ heads. They use ultra modern CAD technology to implement our ideas and come up with a variety of options:
• Different sizes
• Mirrored designs
• Different layer thicknesses
• Diamond and coloured stone alternatives
Thanks to all of these different facets and designs, we are in a position to offer a fascinating JKa jewellery model and clasp portfolio for our clientele to choose from.
Our data and designs, which are generated with the assistance of CAD systems, are transferred to our in-house rapid prototyping and CNC systems. Subsequently, we make the appropriate tools and ultimately manufacture the jewellery models and clasps.
Proprietary, ultramodern cast moulding processes enable us to draft small lot sizes or even free form pieces. Our own presses, embossing, stamping tools and devices, support the production of micro-precision larger numbers or functional parts.
